Don't give in to the pressures of the outside world. We spend so much time chasing things that we think will make us happy only to be left unfulfilled. Our happiness sometimes depends on a person, a job or a specific outcome. When it doesn't work out we are taken to lower thoughts and energies that interfere with progress keeping us in a low energy. We were created with an energy of light as our foundation. It gets dimmed with the challenges of growing in the material world. When we do not have practices to release negativity it does not allow us to access light on a daily basis to guide and navigate our authentic life energy. Just look at the light you see in young children. This light activates our inner divinity, Divine Intelligence is the intuitive navigator of our daily life experience that helps us stay in an elevated level of fulfillment. My goal is not to convince anyone, but, to work with individuals who are ready to level up by making a commitment to build awareness through an open mind and heart as they trust and give themselves permission to awaken to their present truth, measuring it against a vision all their own, as they understand the connectedness that our mind, body and spirit holds to whole life fulfillment.
Where does this wisdom come from? 25 years of transformational initiatives around corporate talent, career and life coaching. I got tired of seeing the same thing repeat without success as well as in my own life. Inner work has not been welcomed, yet once I saw trust a thing called artificial intelligence it told me something. People are programmed to look outside instead of within. It just wasn't authentic. You see we intuitively know it doesn't feel right but continue from a place of fear and uncertainty we get the same results. I've collected insight from many places. In my own life as well, I could see no connectedness or integration to daily life. This is what is allowing competing energies to distract purpose. I broke away from living and existing in that norm. It gave me a sort of uncomfortable permission at first. However as I began to listen and look at what was showing up for me on my own journey i had to look in the mirror and asses it. Going deeper in my daily practice with curious compassion to investigate different modalities delivered the architecture for the work of The Master Self. I trusted it and never looked back

PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAMS
The Master Self Rapid Results Assessment Session
- Awaken by doing some curious self exploration to begin the process of developing an awareness to bring focus and gain clarity to re-imagine life with more balance. You will start by the taking the MSA. The results will be delivered to you with a comprehensive report and we will review the data in a follow up session scheduled to investigate the results and provide insight for suggested areas of focus. The client will then decide on 1 to 3 areas of commitment to a a plan with a list of S.M.A.R.T. goals. This will start an intentional organized approach to building out a plan to begin the journey of whole life transformation. It will definitely require self discipline. However, clients typically will need need additional support and we can work collaboratively to design a solution aligned with their highest and best good.
Master Self Accelerator
- This program is a commitment to engage, empower and inspire you to start the process of becoming the best version of your true self. Leading with The Master Self Accelerator you first assess life fulfillment in truth with the MSA. It's freeing to give yourself permission to explore the findings with depth that come from within you. I am here to support you on your journey towards personal growth and transformation. Once we establish focus and decide on 1 to 3 areas to build a customized plan of action. The plan will include a mix of one on one coaching, deliverables and timeframes as well as guided tools designed to upgrade your frequency to introduce more mindful reflection and intentional work. You will experience small wins as you move closer to balancing those areas needing attention. You will become more in flow as you begin to feel more balanced and grounded by honoring intuition as you evolve toward living more aligned with your authentic version of The Master Self.
Master Self Intensive
- C.A.L.M. Commit, Align, Live, Master whole life fulfillment. Designed for clients seeking deeper more intensive approach. This introduces deep introspection, energy work and distance healing that is aimed at radical transformation. Through a four phased approach, over a period of 12 months, this intensive will address the Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual alignmen.t and ultimately reclaim your authentic self. It will activate your Chakras, clear past lives, outdated beliefs and utilize distance healing at the cellular level. Divine Intelligence and intuition, completely guide and honor this work at a high level of frequency to start the work.. Your intention to evolve at this level requires a strong commitment and burning desire to become open, to trust and follow guidance and prescriptions for daily practice that will enable you to manifest the life of your dreams.
