A FOUNDATION FOR LIFE MASTERY

show up just when we become comfortable in a life we think is going fine.  Then something happens to throw a wrench into everything.  Not welcome or planned. Totally disrupting everything,  The story of my life along with my experiences in corporate and personal transformation.  It was time to put my experience to work for myself. 

A quick revelation That was me many times.  I was the warrior who would get past it. I did, But not unscathed.   I just rose above and never truly dealt with the residue.  Those things pushed out of the way became heavier and affected me deeper when multiple changes arrived. I needed time to reflect and regroup.  Read all the books, listen to the Guru's and now I have to do something that doesn't feel like it's helping. I will say that journaling and positive thinking helped but, it was the look in the mirror, facing the truth giving myself permission not to respond.  Just listen.  Long story,  I thought I had it all figured out.  I had to treat myself as a client.  That was revealing to say the lest.  I started to incorporate my own practices that worked for me and just allowed my intuition, Divine Intelligence to guide me to things.  I had to trust it and try it and 10 years later here I am with this foundation that has helped me become my true self, the one I have always been but never allowed to be.  Still a work in progress but more peaceful, present and ready to follow my purpose by living as my Master Self. I look at the work as an intuitive navigator guiding the path, removing the past and charting the present moment steeped in truth and permission to evolve to your best self. 

This work help you to become the master rather than the conformer of your life.  The Master Self Agreement is is a commitment you make with yourself to level up and evolve to the highest version of you.  It's guided by you, meeting you in the present moment with truth and path forward authentic to your journey.  Most of the work that is currently out there has focuses on improving individual areas of one's being. I've done all that..  Although there has been successes with that approach it often is not sustainable, or focused on the whole approach. I never felt fully empowered with an authentic approach that went deep within to look at all of me.  I also felt there was little to no guidance to stay on track.  Sustainability is rooted in a strong commitment to grounding body, mind and spirit to fuel a collective vision to evolve.  One that includes intention and integrates all areas of the whole person. Without a strong foundation at a cellular level grounded in truth, commitment and alignment of practice and accountability transformation occurs at limited level. I would like to introduce you to a more collective sustainable approach to whole life fulfillment.  The Master Self Agreement.

To master your life, you must first become F.I.T. — not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This journey begins by releasing the past. Don’t let your past be your prison. Carry the wisdom, not the weight. Once you commit to face your truth, you give yourself permission to be free.  That freedom creates the energy to be open and trusting to allow something new to appear.  The intention of my work is to build a foundation that can ground you as you begin to align a mindset and daily practice to uncover the gift of your own Divine Intelligence (intuition) to guide you to understanding and experiencing your higher purpose as The Master Self.

The Three Pillars of The Master Self Framework

 1.  Foundation – Built from within. Your foundation is your inner architecture — your beliefs, values, and self-awareness. Without                    a strong foundation, balance, peace and purpose cannot be experienced.  It is rooted in connection with your mind body and spirit.  The most authentic and highest version of you is known as fulfillment of your whole life mirroring The Master Self. 

2.  Intention  – A direct and focused approach of making choices that align your words, actions and outcomes of the day.  Keeping in mind the most authentic of vision you as the guide to intend as the Master Self.  Becoming mindful of where and how you choose to show up with daily reflection on outcomes.

3.  Transformation – Starts when you trust the process, let go of limitations, outdated beliefs and follow divine guidance within     (intuition). Transformation occurs with consistent navigation and awareness between your inner truth and outer actions. It’s the evolution of the life you desire. A shift occurs in energies that go from limitation to liberation — from conformer to Master.

The Origin

Is authentic as the work.  After spending  25 years guiding transformational initiatives in corporate, career, and life coaching initiatives nothing seemed aligned with my purpose.  It took time and many attempts and never seemed perfect.  That was until I did the work according to the framework.  Created from a deep realization to experience purpose, peace and presence in my life.   I learned my own lesson through the foundational work I was being guided to develop.  True mastery is not about perfection — it’s about progress guided by purpose. When you choose courage over conflict, awareness over avoidance, and alignment over approval, you awaken your authentic Master Self — the version of you that leads with clarity, confidence, and divine connection.

The Master Self  framework has been guided from a high level of connection to manifest all we deserve.  It starts with reflection from within in completing a whole life assessment that includes session work and a blueprint to evolve with accountability for each individual.  The commitment to become aware and F.I.T. delivers much needed truth. The  framework is supported by an infinite sustainable foundation of connectedness, alchemy and practice that is aimed at awakening your own authentic Divine Intelligence, and guiding you to realize your worth as you navigate and discern daily life.
